Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typical delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at cando3dprints@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you — just contact us within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo of the issue if possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
